Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at FoodandMeatCoop.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy - Please note, at this time, there is NO shipping of our products.
Please note the two ways you can receive your product:
1. Pickup at the specified date/time/location listed on the product when you checkout.
2. You can pay an optional $7.99 delivery fee to have your order delivered to a specified address on a specified date(s). We do have delivery zones within our major 4 counties that we service, so you MUST live inside one of the delivery zones within these counties in Utah: Salt Lake County, Utah County, Davis County and Weber County. If you live outside of this delivery zone and are unable to pickup yourself, we will refund your order less the 10% from our refund policy.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If there is an issue with our trucks or shipments of our meat products due to acts of nature and other things outside of our control, you will be notified immediately of any changes to the pickup or delivery schedule. These changes do occasionally happen as part of the natural process of getting food direct from farm to you!
Failure to pick-up Policy
Picking Up orders On Site are an important part of our process efficiency.
We need your help getting your order(s) picked up On Site.
Having said that, we understand there could be an emergency which prevents that from happening.
If you are unable to come in person, we recommend you try the following:
- Send a friend, neighbor or family member to the pick up location
- You can forward the reminder text to them so they’ll have the time and place
- Contact your Site Lead directly and see if they can help
- Switch the Pick Up to Delivery for the $7.99 fee if you are in an approved delivery area
If none of those options are put in place and you miss the designated Pick Up as a No Call/No Show, your order will be switched to the "Missed Pick Up Delivery" which is a $9.99 fee if you are in an approved delivery area.

We currently do not ship/deliver/offer pickups outside the U.S. We also do not
ship/deliver/offer pickups outside of the state of Utah.
